Brief History
Zen Painting was created and is operated by Journeyman Painter Kevin Downey (ME). I was Born and raised in Vancouver BC where I worked in multiple facets of the painting and construction trades. In 2000, I received my Red Seal Certification in the Painting and Decorating Trade.
Relocating to St. John's NL in 2010, I have been involved in the construction trade for over 30 years. Zen Painting is a small operation, employing between 1-3 people focusing on quality and integrity.

Each of our Staff members are thoroughly trained on the multiple tasks involved with our industry. As this is a very hands on industry, attention to detail is of our biggest concern. This photo shows Heidi and Claire prepping and disassembling a kitchen to be refinished with Paint.
